December Ed's Sketch

Hello peeps! Lately I am very lazy to blog. I have more to say but the energy just went right into the drain, same goes with my mojo. Luckily I can cope well if working with a layout sketch. At least i am handling my mojo absence in stages

I am soo in love with Glimmer Mists. This one is from Tattered Angels - Tiger Lily. 

 

Noticed the tulle net? I used the technique ive learnt from Iris class last time over at Shabby Chic. But without gel medium and replaced it with a modge podge glossy instead. It does create a bit of wash out with the mists there...

OH well..today is Sunday, I think I am gonna do some crafty works today, thanks to Mojo Booster and a belated birthday celebration for HS Byby yesterday over at Eirnna's cool crib (with a lil session of Twilight Love Bites peeking *haha*) and a skype-ing with Renoa as well! MIss ya girl!

SB Retreat

....for just approx. within 6 hours from 4pm til almost 9pm! Joined the tutorial class at Shabby Chic with my fav designer Iris Uy! And this opportunity was given by my Happy Scrappers girls as I have mentioned here earlier on.

So there were actually two classes held on two consecutive days. However I only attended the first class which is "Blossom & Sweet Days". Iris taught us how to use several techniques and using several art mediums such as gesso, perfect pearls, gel medium, glossy varnish etc etc. I admit this would be my first time attending a designer's class and I did sense a satisfying feeling inside!! Truly enjoyable! I was actually nervous meeting Iris for the first time (considering she's a celebrity scapbooker) but turns out she is the sweetest person ever!! She was soo friendly and easy to talk to. Indeed I felt so lucky to have a four eyes session with her!

To end, sharing herewith some snapshots from the class and a little RAK I won for Q&A session in between the "intensed" scrapping! LOL!
